These two are somethin else! They are absolutely adorable and so in love! Jared and Emily were high school sweethearts and continued to fall more in love at UCLA and now they’re married! I can’t wait to see their love for each other grow more and more in this exciting new season of life!!
Jeremy and Tara Kays are dear to my heart! I lived in the same suite as Tara our senior year at Westmont and Jeremy would come visit and bring her flowers each time! Precious, right? The best part is, they didn’t kiss for the first year they were dating, so Mary Gish and I decided we would try to help them kiss. After Jeremy left we would try to call him back and then make up some silly excuse to leave the room and get them alone in hopes they would kiss….our plan failed every time, but we enjoyed every minute of it. Then 3 years later when they were engaged Tara asked me to photograph their wedding and I was thrilled!! Since I have been there from the beginning it made it so special to see how their love for each other has grown and will continue to grow in their marriage. Mr and Mrs. Kays I love you dearly and I am so excited for this new season! view all wedding images here: http://
Matthew and Jessica met at a line dance, and though they caught each other’s eye, she made him work for it! It didn’t take long before they realized they were in love! A few years later they decided they were ready to get married! Matt and Jess had a gorgeous wedding at the Doube J Ranch in Santa Ynez. It was one of the hottest days of the summer, so at the end of the reception they jumped in the pool along with their bridal party! So fun! It was the perfect way to end the perfect day! Congrats Hermans!
I had the pleasure of photographing this lovely senior a few months ago, and I realized I hadn’t posted these images yet, so here’s a little treat for your eyes!! Bethany is stunning! She is an amazing woman, with an incredible heart for Jesus and I cannot wait to see all the things the Lord does through her and her family as they move to Liberia this summer! Bethany basically lives in the water and the beach is a huge part of her life, so naturally we did her photoshoot at the beach! Bethany’s natural beauty plus the beautiful beach and the perfect golden sunlight made for an unforgettable photoshoot!
hey friends! it’s been a while since my last post, so here are a few recent images, and if you want to see more of my weddings check out my website:
beautiful. wonderful. lovely. inspiring. graceful….I could go on and on, but words could never describe how great these ladies are and how much I love them…they are some of the most beautiful women I have ever known and I am so blessed to call them friends and sisters…. I look up to each one of them because of their passionate love for Jesus, and am amazed at the way each one of them reflects His love….seriously they are not only beautiful women, but they were all glowing throughout the whole shoot!!!!
Ladies thank you for letting me have the honor of photographing you and your lovely housemates…I truly had a blast!!
It was love at first sight. They spotted me because of my fabulous tan leather boots that just so happened to match their own. Instafriends.
If I could describe them in three words I would say Fun, Wonderful, and Awesome.
Although I could not pick a favorite part of the shoot, the moment they offered my assistant and I Big League Chew I knew it was meant to be.
Andy and Rachel, it was an absolute pleasure to spend the afternoon getting to know you and I am super excited to photograph your wedding in La Jolla!!
